I must take my time to stop by and state emphatically that WordWeb is a very desirable dictionary, which helps not only me but I assure many other people are being assisted by this app. WordWeb shows me everything I need and even more! Such as phrasal verbs, idioms, slangs, etc. There are just no words to describe it. Download and check it out yourself. Therefore, I always recommend it to my friends. Furthermore, they love it! And I do, too! Thank you!

Best cross-reference that I know of. You have a word and want to know alternatives, the opposite, stronger or weaker, similiar but different words? Download this. Newest update makes Wordweb better looking and faster, just maybe swap "Search" and "X-Ref" for improved usability.

Handy little dictionary. Very clear & useful examples.

WordWeb is a great dictionary. I own a lot of dictionaries because no one dictionary has it all. But, when it comes to my iPod Touch, WordWeb comes close to doing it all. Attractive interface. Well thought out when it comes to searching a word. Easy to use. Pattern and wild card searches make it very useful for crossword solving. Even has random word searches that emulate the paper dictionary experience of some weird word catching your eye. Highly recommended.

A great dictionary, but the keyboard sticks like crazy, and that is just too annoying for words.

Great app, its fast, its politically correct and the options pane provides important area-sensitive toggles. My only gripe is the ugly icon. Aesthetics are important... everything but the icon is great haha.

This is a great app, fully functions and works without spamming you with ads like most free apps do.

I love this dictionary and Ive gotten so much use out of it. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice app and free. The 3 star rating is because my first "test" of the app was to see how it defined "irony" as opposed to "sarcasm". This dictionary makes no distinction between the two words so I have to wonder what other oversimplifications exist in its definitions.

Easy to use. It also provides cross-reference links if you need more information. I highly recommend!

I dont get why people didnt choose this free apps instead of other cheap dictionary apps. This is the best dictionary app ever.
